Project Description:
This project focuses on data extraction and organization within the financial sector, primarily targeting enterprise reports and related financial information. Participants are require to collect, organize, and extract data from various public materials, reports, and relevant datasets in accordance with project guidelines. The processed data must be modified, annotated, and uploaded following established data standards. The outputs will be used for financial data analysis as well a artificial intelligence model training and optimization.

Work Mode: Online (operated via the Baidu Crowdtesting platform); part-time or full-time participation available.

Project Duration: More than six months.

Project Start Date: March 15

Compensation: Payment is based on completed workload and performance. (Specific compensation standards will be communicated by the project team.)

Requirements

1. Currently enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate students. Majors in finance, economics, environmental studies, computer science, climate science, statistics, or related fields are preferred. Interdisciplinary backgrounds are a plus.
2. Strong interest in sustainable development and corporate social responsibility (ESG). Relevant internship or research experience is preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data processing and analysis.
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and rigorous in work approach, with good communication and teamwork skills.
5. Strong logical thinking ability, with solid learning capacity and information research/processing skills.
6. Graduates (Class of 2025 / 2026) from well-known domestic or international universities are preferred.
7. Submission of a résumé is required, and candidates must complete the project’s screening process.
