April Projects Experience Sharing

Relish has three successful projects in April 2024 through the joint efforts of all members:

1. Indonesian voice transcription and proofreading: This project transcribed and proofread Indonesian voice to ensure the accuracy of the transcription content.

2. Vietnamese customer service voice annotation: Completed the annotation of Vietnamese customer service voice.

3. Italian text acceptance: Conducted detailed acceptance of Italian text to ensure the quality of the text.

Indonesian voice transcription and proofreading experience：

"First of all, I think this transcript project is quite interesting because there are so many speakers, and they all are different, so the way they speak also varies, some are very fast, and some are very slow too, some even have regional accents, I think this is also a challenge for me. And other than that, I think there is a slight drawback in this project, which is that the rules have changed several times making it difficult to revise, but overall, this project was a pretty good experience for me."

Italian text acceptance:

”LLM European Language - Italian program, with a total investment of 290 hours. During the period, I faced two major challenges: tight time constraints and unclear scoring standards. To cope with the time pressure, I carefully planned and strictly implemented the work plan to ensure the project was completed on time. For the unclear scoring standards, I actively communicated with the client and adjusted the standards based on feedback to ensure the project went smoothly. This project also made me deeply realize the importance of time management and AI technology. With the assistance of AI tools, I improved my work efficiency and obtained more accurate results. In the future, I hope to continue to participate in AI-related projects, keep learning and making progress, and adapt to the needs of the times.“
