01. December 2023 Summary Report

In December 2023, Relish has worked on a total of 11 projects, 4 of which have been completed and closed to perfection. Let's take a look at a few project reviews together!

02. Project Review

Project Manager - Bako: As part of the video and photo data collection project, I was involved in preparing simulation environments, coordinating participants, capturing data via photos and videos conforming to project specifications, as well as in the quality assurance of the data collected. Using an offline collection method, we managed to have 6 participants for the project. Unfortunately, only three people managed to pass the quality given by the client. The project was particularly difficult because of the difficulty in finding people to carry it out but also because of the client's requirements.

The advantage of the project is the experience obtained on manipulating certain parameters for capturing photos and videos and also learning a way to modify the parameters of videos and photos online. With the aim of learning much more, we hope to be able to manage future projects of the same type with more efficiency.
